PREJUIDICE

when i am doing groupwork at WH,sometimes i felt very sad because different people different ideas. and different behavior and different style. sometimes i got a lot of knowledge from groupwork and sometimes make me very upset by doing groupwork.
Especially, when i am working with opposite sex, sometimes, not easy to organize because most of the boys are lazy to do with groupwork and not respect the time. They usually used this word "tomorrow we have a time" "don't worry!!" "you very specific!!!". even through i called them they don't want to do. so, this kinds of style make me angry. smoetimes, in groupwork they did't speakout and they said up to you, we will follow you!!.because of groupwork, teamwork, pairworl, sometimes became conflit between boys and girls.
Mostly, boys are not thinking deeply. easy going to do somthing. Most of the girls are thinking about contingency problems. that is a big problems for me. As for me, i don't want to delay. i want to be on time. so, some of the boys told you are very worry!! specific!!! talkative!!. To overcome this perspective, firstly, i have to change my behavior in order to properly with othe people. secondly, before i do homework i have to ask and get agreement from them first. Because, we are different people and sometimes our thinknig and behavior, feeling are not the same. That is why i need to change myself and shoul't think only one side feeling.

I think, by follow this way i can solve the problems that i have faced in groupwok at WH especially in homework time.
